These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms" or "these Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and p9992 (hereinafter "p9992", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and services platform accessible at p9992.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on or in any way using the p9992 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

p9992 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed to serve users in Pakistan and other eligible territories. p9992 does not claim to hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether their participation in online gaming activities is lawful under the applicable law of their jurisdiction — including, without limitation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan and any relevant provincial legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated at the time of offer. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion only.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the p9992 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of p9992 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement — whether initiated through p9992 or through any other gambling operator or national self-exclusion programme.
• You acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially applicable provincial legislation may restrict your participation in online gambling. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details entitles p9992 to suspend or terminate your Account immediately.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a contact phone number. All information provided must be accurate and consistent with the identity documents you will be required to submit during the KYC process.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the p9992 platform. Attempts to register multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitute a breach of these Terms. p9992 reserves the right to merge, suspend or terminate duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account. Standard documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• A copy of a valid national identity document (e.g., CNIC for Pakistani residents).
• Proof of address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of digital wallet or bank statement).

p9992 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time at its reasonable discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

All transactions on p9992 are processed in PKR or such other supported currencies as the operator may specify from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include references familiar to local users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for informational context only. p9992 does not represent, warrant or guarantee that any specific payment provider supports gambling transactions. The availability of any payment method is determined entirely by the operator and the relevant payment provider, and is subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits by the same User, unless the operator has expressly authorised an alternative withdrawal route following satisfactory KYC review. p9992 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

From time to time, p9992 may make available promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements, referral credits and other incentive schemes (collectively "Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific multipliers will be stated in the offer terms. For illustrative context: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement necessitates PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permissible stake per round or bet is limited as stated in the applicable offer terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms. Check the specific promotion page for contribution breakdowns.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window, typically between 7 and 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain Promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by Bonus Funds. Any winnings above this cap — even where wagering requirements have been fully completed — are not withdrawable and will be removed from the Account.
• Minimum Deposit: Most deposit-matched bonuses require a qualifying deposit that meets a stated minimum — for illustrative context, amounts such as PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 are common thresholds. Deposits below the minimum will not trigger the associated bonus.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus amount itself is not withdrawable and will be removed upon completion of wagering requirements; only net winnings are cashable. Where a bonus is "non-sticky", it is treated as a separate withdrawable amount once conditions are satisfied.

p9992 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or circumstances outside our reasonable control. All bonus figures referenced on this Platform are illustrative unless supplied in verified form by the operator. Always read the full offer-specific terms before claiming any bonus.

All gaming activity on p9992 — including sports betting, live dealer games, slots, table games, esports wagering and instant-win products — is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. The following general gameplay terms apply across the Platform:

• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except where the Platform expressly permits in-play amendment for specific markets.
• p9992 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced without the User's knowledge at the time of placement, or where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system failure during active gameplay, p9992's transaction logs and server records shall be the authoritative record of the outcome. Where a fault cannot be resolved in favour of either party, the affected stake may be returned to the User's Account at p9992's discretion.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed alongside games are illustrative averages calculated over extended sample sizes and do not guarantee results for any individual session or wager.
• Jackpot prizes shown on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless the operator has supplied verified, current jackpot pool figures. No jackpot win is guaranteed.
• Cricket, PSL and ICC tournament markets are provided subject to the availability of data feeds and event scheduling. Markets may be suspended, limited or removed without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p9992 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, bots, automation tools or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay, bet placement or bonus exploitation.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other users to exploit wagering thresholds, or exploiting manifest pricing errors.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Interfering with or disrupting the technical integrity of the Platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or hack any part of the Platform's infrastructure.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 18, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction) to access or use your Account.

p9992 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We require all Users to use the platform as a form of entertainment and strictly prohibit its use as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or addressing personal financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and we encourage their use before and during every session:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings that prevent you from depositing beyond a pre-agreed threshold.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period. Once reached, further betting activity is suspended until the period resets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from p9992.
• Use any p9992 trademarks, trade names or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or commercial partnership.
• Scrape, frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p9992 and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part thereof due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure or regulatory action.
• Any loss arising from the User's reliance on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds data, RTP figures or payment method availability.
• Any gambling losses incurred by the User. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and all wagers are placed at the User's sole discretion and risk.
• Any legal liability arising from the User's gambling activity in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p9992 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation, availability or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as may be specified in the operator's official licensing documentation. p9992 does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

Pakistani Users are expressly advised that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling activities within Pakistan. p9992 does not hold, nor does it claim to hold, any gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users in Pakistan participate entirely at their own legal risk and must take independent legal advice as to the lawfulness of their participation.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the licensing jurisdiction, or to such dispute resolution mechanism as the operator specifies in its licensing terms.

p9992 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, p9992 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users through the Platform interface or by email to the registered address on file. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.
